Online registration closes at midnight on Thursday, May 22nd. No race day registrations will be taken.
Registration includes post road race pasta meal and draw prizes to be held at 1:30pm Christopher Lake School.
Sask Cup #3 15km Provincial ITT Information
When: Saturday, May 24th in Spruce Home, SK
Sign On: 1pm at Spruce Home Hall. Spruce Home Hall is located 2.4km south of the start & finish line.
Washrooms: Located in Spruce Home Hall
Race Starts: 2pm on highway 355 (highway to Sturgeon Lake). Approx. 400m west of Spruce Home
Course Description: This is a 15 km out and back course is on mostly flat terrain, long rising and descending slopes of up to 3% are encountered. Starts and ends 400m west of intersection of Sturgeon Lake Road and Highway #2 north, start/finish is adjacent to the electrical/transformer station on Sturgeon Lake Road.

Turnaround point: At 7.5 km point approximately 50m before (east) of Forrest Road

Sask Cup #4 Provincial Road Race Information
Road Race: Sunday, May 25th in Christopher Lake, SK
Sign On: 9am at Christopher Lake School
Race Starts: 10am on highway 263 in front of Christopher Lake School(old highway to Waskesiu).
Course Description:
The Road Race will be held on highway 263 through the scenic Lakeland with challenging climbs and new pavement! The start/finish line will be at the Christopher Lake School. Loop 1 will be a 32km out and back with turn around just before the National Park border. Loop 2 will be a 15km out and back with turn around at the Emma Lake Golf Course.
Cat 1/2/3 - 96km (3 laps of Loop 1)
Cat 4 & Cat 3 Women - 79km (2 laps of Loop 1 and 1 lap of Loop 2)
Cat 5 & Cat 4/5 Women - 47km (1 Lap of Loop 2 and 1 lap of Loop 2)
Post Race Awards & Pasta Meal: 1:30/2:00pm at the Christopher Lake School
